Another person logging on quickly -

kpc - I read making money ages ago... and have read it about twice since. I usually try to get Terry's books when they come out as OH is unbearable if the people at work have read it before him. - Love the wee free men - it's hilarious, wailey wailey wailey!

Started SW properly today and had a greed day. Was doing really well up until about an hour ago when OH's attack of the munchies defeated me. Oh well! at least he's on nights for the next 4 nights so I'll do well on my own (I hope).

Just one quick question - I seem to be suffering from windy weather:o IYSWIM quite a bit, did anyone else experience that problem when starting out?
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

Back to it for this week.
Congrats to everyone who's lost this week.

reporting in with a gain of 1.4kg which isn't surprising at all. it will be interesting to see if i can pull that back this week with the calorie counting.

I can't bearto buy hardback books so i havet o wait for the paperback which is sad i know but the cost of hardbacks! Loving the wee free men. it's actually a kids book bbelle by terry pratchett and it's hysterical. I'm at the bit where the nac mac feegle(thrown out of fairyland for being drunk and disorderly) are teaching the cat not to kill baby birds - by disguising themselves as baby birds and headbutting it when it tries to eat them. Priceless.

slimming winds is a known side effect delly - don't worry it passes(!) Its the umlimited fruit thing. If/when i go back I'm going to be terrible as i'm pretty much only eating 2 or so portion a day in my main meal at the moment.
  • Hi all,
Hope you are all well, I've missed so many pages and unfortunately don't have time to catch up at the moment so well done to all who have lost and love to all who haven't.

I'm reporting STS, not fab but happy with that as I had a bad extended weekend and ate a lot. Did 45 mins in gym yesterday and aqua aerobics to get my mind back on track so back on it today, a mullerlight and 150g of cherries to start my day and I'm then taking Ryan (ds) swimming, he's got a day off school for staff training and now he's got his casts off he's got to get in the water as much as possible.

Have a great day boys and girls xx

Sorry to hear about your troubles Victory - have you moved a long way from where you lived before? If not, would it be possible for your son to stay where he is?

KPC and Delly - your talk about Terry Pratchett reminded me of Madauri, remember her? Her signature and avatar were both on that theme.. :)

........lol delly. As a veggie bloke it's always quite windy weather here, but I did notice that I made it rain alot more when I first started on it.

No - you spent the last two posts telling ME I had Austria, when I knew fine I had Switzerland.

Are you feeling ok, is the weather getting to you, or are you at an interesting age..?

... lol, sincere apologies to anyone I left confused with my reported footy mix-ups. :o

Now then, about how they solidify ice cream........... :p

I've gained 1lb this week Lois .... guess I'll take that after the wedding including alcohol and big buffet.

Who was it who first mentioned a page so people can keep track of people, IYSWIM?
