    These are the narratives Lloyds use/have used, all of which can be claimed:
    Overdraft Excess Fee
    Overdraft Usage Fee
    Returned Cheques
    Unauthorised Borrowing Fee
    Unpaid Cheque
    Unpaid DDM
    Unpaid Direct Debits
    Unpaid Items
    Unpaid Personal Loan
    Unpaid Standing Orders
    Unpaid/Returned direct debit

  • There is no such cut off deadline. The only date on 2007 relates to the bank no dealing with a complaint due to the limitations act(or 6 years).
    ask them for the rest of the charges.
    He doesn't have to file a claim at court to be able to have his claim repaid btw.

    They have now given us details of the rest of the charges, so next step is to send the hardship letter and wait for their response to that. Thanks for your help and encouragement. He is struggling to keep his head above water and is constantly relying on credit cards for weekly shopping and other necessities. Will keep you up to date with any news.

    Please DO NOT USE the hardship letter on MSE because it is wrong. There is no longer an FSA Waiver on bank charges.
