What charges you can claim

Here's a list of narratives that Lloyds/TSB have used, both now and in the past, all of which can be claimed:
Description of Charges
Overdraft Excess Fee
Overdraft Usage Fee
Returned Cheques
Unauthorised Borrowing Fee
Unpaid Cheque
Unpaid DDM
Unpaid Direct Debits
Unpaid Items
Unpaid Personal Loan
Unpaid Standing Orders
Unpaid/Returned direct debit
Some of that wording looks familiar thanks.
Did I mention it will be a hardship case? If this makes a difference? Also looking at a Debt Releif Order asap will this plan be effected due to the the potential income or will it not matter as the wait for payout is so unpredicatable?
I will have another look this week and any problems I will PM you or post again.
Thanks so far.

Hi all,
I wondered if anyone knows whether I can claim back reserve usage fees. Recently Barclays put an overdraft reserve on to my current account. If you dip into this reserve then you get charged £22, this charge applies even if you go 1p into it and unfortunately due to illness, family crisis etc I have done this on several occasions. Meaning they have applied about £500 of these crazy fees on my account in the last 7 months...!
Anyone have any ideas or has anyone successfully claimed any of these back?
Many thanks in advance!0 -

hi, i keep getting charged for going into minus on my bank account even if it is 1p over! sometimes... well i used to now and again get away with it as i was getting paid within a few hours of it going into minus.. but the last 4-5 months i think its been going well into it... they have took out a charge of £35 for going into minus in september, which came out in november which made it go into minus again!
because of this i havent used my bank account since 17th... was wondering if i can claim the charges back and ones from previous months?
sometimes it can be my fault and i have spent near to emptying the account and then a card trans. comes out a few days later making me overdrawn then they slap on a charge... can i claim them back too or not?
i have no idea and im completely new to this... my friend got thousands back and suggested it to me!
Thanks for any help and sorry if i have asked stupid questions...0 -

Hey everyone,
Just got my bank charges back from Barclays and just having a nightmare working out what I can claim back.
Well I know I can claim back Paid Referral, But there is also a number of other things like Unpaids Out, Reserve Fee, Guaranteed Fee, Return Tran Fee and Personal Current Account Tariff Fees?
Would appreciate your help massively.
Good luck to you all trying to get your money back.

Is this a personal account? Worth checking with Barclays what these fees are applied for.0 -

Do you have a question cos I am pretty much up to date with many things relating to claiming?
Furthermore, most of the questions I ask relate to Financial hardship claims because I know what I am talking about on that side of things.0 -
Just a quick question. Can I claim back a charge for `unpaid personal loan`? I have several of these charges put on my account by TSB for upwards of £17.50 a time.
Many thanks S.S.O0
