Hi
I have several tins of coconut milk in my cupboard that are getting in hubbys way. He keeps threatening to throw them away but I insist I'm going to use them. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do with them. I was thinking a cake kind of thing but never used it before.
I must use it before my husband takes them outside and buries them forever. :rotfl:I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.

Beef Rendang - a gorgeous slow cooked beef curry from Malaysia - take a cheap cut of beef like shin (really tasty) and cook for 3-4 hours in 2 litres of coconut milk0

My Mum won a 400ml tin of coconut milk in a raffle. It was the last prize! I now have to come up with something (not a mild curry or anything too spicy, possibly a dessert?) to do with it! It's like "Ready, Steady, Cook", but with only one ingredient. Any ideas, my fellow gastronauts? The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
