Last week I bought 3 boxes of Maggi powdered coconut milk from Home Bargains for 39p each, might be worth having a look in there? (Apologies if this has been mentioned before, I haven't time to read the whole thread this morning).

I picked up 8 packets! - wonderful stuff. Works just the same as tinned but cheaper and takes less space in the cupboard.

It was on Approved Foods a few weeks ago but cheaper in HB

Just a tip - whilst it is in our local Morrisons at £1.49/can, I spotted coconut milk at 65p (ironically) in the 99p Stores - but it contains an awful lot less coconut and a lot more thickeners etc. All coconut milk is not alike it seems!!
