DJdido, I'm not emotionally involved and only understand the situation through your postings. You've made it clear he needs to control your emotions, but if he's spying on you and turning up at places you're at that he hasn't been einvited to - it rather looks like he's stalking you as well. Had that crossed your mind? Bst wishes.

According to earlier posts he doesn't live with you and stays week nights at his parents which presumably allowed you to post last night and if he doesn't have a key its not really a case of putting him out, just don't let him in?

Put any belongings in the garden and don't open the door. If he is stalking you phone the police and as previously said get an injunction taken out.

Although I understand you have split from your daughter's father 10 years ago will he not help as its his daughter's safety that is being compromised.

dd father wouldnt help. he is a bigger waste of space than the one i am trying to split from. now i know that i wont be wasting police time if i have to ring them, i will. i had to do this before for my previous OH and they werent tht sympathetic. but hey now i have thought about it there are lots of people who will help

Also clear 'temporary internet files' found at Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Delete files. May take a few seconds.
