I have a tub of natural yoghurt in my fridge, it has been frozen since lent(i gave up dairy) and has been defrosted for about 5 days. I opened it as i want to make the yoghurt cake, it looks a bit weird, but smells absolutely fine:confused: Dont know whether to use it or not? Is that what happens when you freeze yoghurt?

Its probably just separated. Give it a good stir to get it to recombine and if you're planning on cooking with it add a teaspoon or so of cornflour to stabilise it.

    Hope that helps. Luc73 x

The day can't get much better, we got paid at last:j :j £43.33 spent in Mr S (gone all posh now it has been re-furbed) even the chicken pie has gone up nearly £1 the frozen ones, so put that down and made my own corn beef and potato one, anyone know why when I unrolled the frozen pastry-jusroll it completely fell apart so had to scrunch it up into a ball and re-roll?

Anyway lost 5lb in weight this week:D spain are playing in the euro in a min and they are going to win:D (lived there for 20 years before coming back to UK and seen as UK is not in it...:D )

Freezer is being emptied efficiently to cover the next 2 weeks meals as we move then so it is all good:D buzzing today;)

    Sounds like you're on a roll today Victory.:j :T

How much do you reckon you've managed to save because of the delay in getting paid? Probably not a remedy you'd want to apply regularly but it must be interesting to see how you cope when there's absolutely no cash coming in...
