    Sounds like you're on a roll today Victory.:j :T

How much do you reckon you've managed to save because of the delay in getting paid? Probably not a remedy you'd want to apply regularly but it must be interesting to see how you cope when there's absolutely no cash coming in...

Quite a bit because last months and the cans that I have bought over time have had to be used rather than pushing them to the back again and going out and buying more, there was no money to buy more so it was a def case of invention and usage so loads and it has been fab because if I get enough I want to buy a tv/dvd combi for the kitchen:D

it also means you'll have less to pack then unpack for your new place;)

No Hubbles this evening (hockey practice tonight - where does he get the energy [sigh]) so jacket potato and beans & sausages for me tonight (just under half price at M's at the minute) with perhaps a scattering of cheese. Will stick some muffins in oven at same time to use up oven space:A

Can you get extra shelves for domestic ovens? Its just there seems to be a lot of wasted space when I do biccies and muffins (I'm getting the hang of this aren't I?:p )

Hi there, yeah you can get extra shelves.
I got a universal one a while ago, it adjusts to fit your oven.
If you type "universal extendable oven shelf " into google it should bring a list up. I got one from espares.co.uk and can reccommend it.

Thanks a lot, it was the one by Shaz on Weezl's page. My mistake as I thought it was on here. Just made it and eaten it by the way, it was delicious. I made it with beef stock and granuals ((I am not a veggie but enjoy the odd veggie meal) plus I wanted to try lentils - I didn't miss the meat one jot. Thoroughly recommended.

    Hi Annelouise,

    Hi
Re the loo rolls, justa guess but could be to stop the kids pulling reams of the stuff off it. If it's not round it's harder to pull lots off together, interested to find the answer
