I put 2 gammon joints in the SC and because I was a bit [STRIKE]impatient [/STRIKE] pushed for time
I put it on high
The result... Dry, tough, not nice gammon
I am gutted. The last time I did it (on low) it was beautiful and kept me in sandwiches for a week... that was one joint. Now I have 2 horrible joints.
Anybody got any ideas of what I can do with them please? (and I don't have a dog or cat so can't even feed it to them)Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!
