Hugs Taplady, my colleagues make my job really enjoyable, luckily I love it anyway but they are the icing on the cake. I know how you feel.
Afternoon everyone else, am busy as ever, Kiwi & Moggins get yourselves checked out.
Am having a c*** day, DH and I have done nothing but squabble all day, think having in laws around is taking it's toll on us as I feel like we haven't spent any time together recently. DH also feels it's mandatory (when he's off) to give me tasks to do whilst I am at work, does he not realise I have a building full of people here who do that too!!!!
Feel very low and just want a good blub, think this could be PMT, which I don't usually suffer from. We are having a BBQ tonight, don't know if it will be much fun but at least the weathers wonderful.
Think I'll get sloshed actually...............;)

(((((((((((((((taplady))))))))))))))
Mimi can I join you in getting sloshed? DH has still not got up and I woke him an hour ago, DS's friend has been in the house every day this week even when DS is not here because his parents kick him out on the street while they go out and he has no where to go. I am getting sick of being used as an unpaid babysitter especially when I am not feeling very wellOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things

Afternoon all
DS son started pre-school proper this morning - he skipped in without a second look at meHis keyworker said he had a great time with an initial wobble. OH has just gone to US for a week so I'm about to join Insomniacs Utd as I don't sleep well when he's away.
I rushed home and started reading todays thread using Kaz's rule of rewarding 15 mins MSE after 45 mins of housework. However so many of you have posted it's taken me forever to read through!
Snowy - did you get your Sainsbury application in? Glad you're sleeping better
FrugalJo - the hardest bit is admitting you've got to do something - hope a great job and some money come your way soon.
Scuzz - I cannot belive the price of cinema going these days  OH and I took DS for his first visit to the cinema last week and it cost £22!!!!!!!! Will be looking into Orange Wednesdays for future trips to save some dosh.
Doddsy - hope you find a new job that better fits your circumstances soon. There has been some great advice on this thread. Managers seem to think having everyone working full time is the optimum and don't realise that having a happy workforce regardless of the hoours they work leads to more productivity. I know people that work 4 hours and get more work done than those working 7 1/2 in a day!
Chipps - new car - oooooooo enjoy!
Lillibet - I did baby signing with DS - fantastic as it means they can communicate clearly with you long before they can talk. DS could say thanks and ask for milk and tell me when he was hungry!
Moggins - I've been feeling dizzy / light headed / like having an out of body experience for a week now! Went to dr who did tests and said I was suffering from a common condition (forgotton name!) taht I should try to push to the back of my mind and relax - fat chance. Anyway - please get checked out at the dr if it persists.
Penny - fab bathroom, particularly like the tiles. We've recently had our ensuite done and now I live in it shoutin at OH to start decorating the rest of the house please!
:grouphug: to those having a crap day.
Love Punky xPunky x0
