I'm going to take DS and DD to the library later and then we'll be making more birthday cards this afternoon.
My Nan has given me a big leg of pork so we've got that for tea (I've never cooked one before so I'm going to have a surf and find out some info/ideas)

Good morning :hello:
Well, it's going to be a quiet day today - the two elder boys are going to have a steam train ride with daddy and grandpa (birthday treat for no.2 son) - so it's just me, my mum and littly from about 10 until teatime
Much as I love the boys, I do like these days (get 2 or 3 a year) where mum and I can actually string more than a sentence together without some little bod going 'grandmaaaa' and dragging her away to play, lol
So that's my nice relaxed OS day - chatting with mum, maybe a wander around the market if it doesn't rain, possibly even bake something for tea.

Have a good day everyone0 -
Morning everybody it's nice and cold and crisp here.
I have woken up with a hangover this morning:o . I had a friend over earlier in the evening which meant a bottle of wine was opened and then DH came home and we hadn't seen each other for a few days so had a few more drinks whilst we chatted, result = big headache and feeling slightly queasy but I have just had a big glass of grapefruit juice and some bread and I hope that helps.
DS has just gone off foor his swimming lesson with DH, when they get back we are taking the children to an indoor play centre. We can pick up a sandwich there for lunch and then I notice Jurrasic Park is on t.v this afternoon so I will probably snuggle up and watch that with DS whilst doing some ebay listings. Saturday evening DH cooks, tonight we are having homemade chicken Satay which really is yummy.
Have a good day everyone.
Edit :Sorry, don't know why I have a grumpy/angry face at the top of my post, dd was sitting on my lap whilst typing this and I don't seem able to change it0
