Please don't turn this into a slanging match folks, let's stick to the OP's post before he/she gets scared off.

    Take care

    Ashamed? No
    Out of order? Yes

So I thought I'd do the decent thing and remove them to stop the thread turning into a ding dong. If you don't wish to edit it then fine, that's upto you.

    Thanks for the posts.

The person in question (me, always knew I was crazy didn't you) doesn't want to move away from the self-help groups they attend.

They are under the CMHT, but not being given any treatment, so don't really want to contact them.

I'll try and get to the CAB when I get a chance. Managed to find a sofa to kip on for a few days, so the urgency isn't so bad.

Don't the groups have some emergency places you can go to?

Glad you got back to update us and that you have somewhere to go. It sounds like you need some space to think. I can't say I know how you feel, cos I don't in the slightest, but I do wish you well and I hope you find some peace within yourself soon x.

    Best wishes
