feelinggood, venlafaxine can be a nightmare to come off, you really should be getting some professional support. Can you get to see your GP tomorrow? They may be able to get you back to the CMHT or your psychiatrist more quickly.
Well done for staying sober for so long, you should be v proud of yourself xGone ... or have I?0 -
Whta about a trip to the GP not as scary as CAHMS eh?

Spoken to husband today, and I'm going to go home. He thinks this is all just an over reaction due to the withdrawls making me feel very ill. Its been 8 days now, and I'm still feeling pretty rough, but hopefully will be over soon.
No idea what longterm plan is, but going to try things again with husband and try and sort it out.
On a positive note, had a totally clean, sober and abstinent day today, first day for months without any relapses.
Seeing Pysch on the 6th, so hopefully can hold on till then. Although after this 'outburst' OH is considering private treatment.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

How do you know? Her Evidence shows NHS etc are not bothered
and your comments are extremely unwelcome and unhelpful.
Once again how do you know

Mr helpful,
As we keep having to reiterate, the Benefits board is about advice and support, often when the person asking for help is at their lowest point. I don't think that picking holes in their story is at all helpful.
If you don't have anything helpful to add to the thread, why not leave it to those that are trying to help the OP?Gone ... or have I?0
