    Great to see you again, sorry to hear about your medical problems, what a bummer, (((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))) to you and your Hubby xx Hope you can sort it all out and feel better soon. Glad you didn't cry into your pillow, it makes it all soggy and yucky and it solves nothing my friend ;) REAL probs like yours make me realise what a selfish moany old bag I am :rolleyes: Pull yourself together Frogga !

    Best of luck ME and Sandy - hope you notice changes quickly and easily :)

    My leg muscle is nearly better, so back to bouncing and jogging tomorrow.

    Yesterday: naughty snack of a colin the catterpillar M&S swiss roll thing

    Today:
    B: 1 slice toast with 2 plum tomatoes
    S: biscuit and a pear (up very early, craving sugar!)
    L: crab stick sandwhich w/ lettuce and mayo, pear
    S: grapes
    D: wholewheat pasta with HM pepperonata salsa (parmesan for OH)

    Everytime I come on here I think of things I want to cook. I didn't want to cook chelsea buns but now someone has put the idea in my mind. I want to loose weight but everything always seems so yummy and needs trying out. Lol. I can't be the only one. :rotfl:

    be grateful it's just chelsea buns you're craving...I didn't want to eat stinging nettles and pigs trotters till I read Weezl74's "eat on 50p a day" thread!

    I know where you are coming from - I didn't need to make (and eat) a whole tray of no-bake chocolate biscuit cake but I have :D with a little help from DH I hasten to add :D

    I've been tempted by twinks Hobnobs, Artisan Bread, Homemade Pizza bases, Lemon curd cake and plenty more...so far with the help of this site i've put on 4lbs whilst on my "diet" :eek:

    I think maybe i should log off now....
