  • DustyKitten - I am not sure if it is any help but if we are going to a water-park or similar and I want to cover up a bit more then I stick on a pair of shorts over my swim stuff (and a thin vest to cover up the road map on my midriff :o ) You can get ladies swim shorts but thin cotton shorts would probably work just as well.

    Have a fab holiday!!

Happy Birthday Davgirl1, hope you have a nice day!

I've not dne much today so far, been in to town to pay in some cheques, the other ebay buyers didn't trun up so I'm not waiting any longer!

Plaster is drying nicely in dd1's room so I'm going to pop to B&Q to get some more bits in a mo, need to paint ceiling before walls so need a long handled brush I think. DH will be impressed that I've done the ceiling too as I usually give him that job!;) Need to go post a couple of ebay parcels as well so will do that at the same time.

Thanks for giving us the weekend off pigpen!:T (not that I actually did a lot this week though)

I have just found and photographed 55 items for ebay,
filled a banbag for charity shop (I have 3 to go now)
found a few bits for my sis.. and for DD1
Picked up the floordrobe.. sorted it, folded it. and put it in the wardrobe we have just taken upstairs.. which hubby is just adding shelves to.. I only possess 6 things that need hanging up!!
Taken the bedside cabinet upstairs.. not sure where I'm going to put it.. but it is up there.

    Erm...

Oh.. the other huge wardrobe which matches my little one is going up the stairs next and the old oak one which we have in there already can be flung.. freecycle I think.. if I can be bothered.. otherwise it'll be chopped and put in my burny bin!

Off to do turbolister updates, get the bunch of stuff packaged which sold last night and list another bunch of stuff!

Hi all - lots of newbies. Hope everyone is ok and that you have sunshine too today. I know this is really cheeky, but does anyone live 'up north' Yorkshire way. I have found a website for electrical appliances called Jual Domestics which has 4 shops in yorkshire. I have spoken to them on the phone and they sound ok. Just wondering if anyone heard of/bought from.

I promise I will catch up soon. Almost emptied the garage, need to do car boot but weather for Sun/Mon not very good so keeping fingers crossed for for next weekend. 9 days to demolition! of the wall to the garage that is!! Where on earth does the time go. Now I need boxes for all my kitchen stuff. Not going to be able to cook for about 2 weeks - will do my head in. Going to take kids to mums for tea each night, also my washing. I feel a great big bunch of flowers will be making their way to her house when my brand new kitchen is up and running.

Anyway, if any one has answer to my question can you please PM me, much appreciated.

Nikki - good to see you back on here, hope everything is ok. x

Gemish-Pigpen posts the days lists daily so If you want a weeks worth I would suggest printing the one that is there now. But things get changed around a bit sometimes depending on how Pigpen feels;) :D

    :D *grin* :D

the list for next week will be put up tomorrow evening.. when I get chance!

I do like changing days around and tasks about.. just to make sure we are doing different things each week and for those who work or go to college set days each week the same days get missed constantly if they stay the same! There is a reason see.. you just thought I was being difficult! lol
