thats why they keep selling the debt to keep it new once a new company has it they can do what they like you can ask for a cca im sure the original would never be passed on with the debt and if there is 6 years with no contct you can get it removed to be honest its a minefield

i have held a basic lloyds account for just over 6 years had £1600 a month going in and reduced it to £600 putting £1000 into a new hsbc account last january got a CG card £100 and a £100 overdraft gave me a loan of £1000 to lloyds wont upgrade my account been on the phone said that i am unhappy and if it cant be upgraded im leaving i like the account just not the fact you have to use it only at lloyds atm's manager is going to ring me back!
