But on what grounds can you get the default removed? And what if they don't offer the difference and you end up losing again and have to pay the diff??
If the default is due to drop off November, I personally would just let that happen. If Cap 1 won first time they'll prob win again?

yes but i still can claim unlawful bank charges its just my case was a bit different. I can go ahead and start again with a standard claim and just accept the difference if and when they offer it0

I had £1000 initially and it went up to £1600 on the 4th statement. Nothing since tho, and absolutely sod all increase on my Vanquis - still £250 lol. But I'll keep that one for 12 months I think!
