    am on the rampage and writing letters to all the companies am not happy with or going to claim something back lol.

    well citi bank turned me down motha fcukas,

    But managing to get barclays remove a default from 07 :D, And reopen my business account with them
    Wannabe DFW NERD: Not fully fledged member yet !
    HSBC Bank Charges Reclaim In Progress Total: £1462.56
    HSBC CC Reclaim Total: £180.00 PAID IN FULL :D

    You need to chill, getting stressed and worked up over this will not do you much good, your Capital One default is due to drop off around November 09, so just try and build up a good credit rating in that time.
    If you can get some form of recompense for your trouble and stress good luck to you, just don’t let it consume you and take over cos you will feel worse for it...trust me. ;)

    well there was fraud on that said account barclays refused to investigate, so i refused to use the account or pay it off,

    Its know being investigated finaly !, And all is looking good and they want my account back with them :) times must be hard for them

    Evening all, how is everyone in sub prime land tonight.
    Fairmorn where about in Sotland do you live. Hope you get back the charges, I hate C1 they keep sending letters about my late hubbies account asking me to pay it, told them that the debt died with him and not respondito their letters.
