Hi Everyone :j
Long time no speak - hope everyone is well.
Need some advice. Experian credit score 569 and Equifax credit score 308 - both in the 'Poor' category which has been a long hard slog to get there but happy I'm heading in the right direction.
Now I know that CRA scores aren't used by companies for credit card applications, however many of the factors are.
So, I need to apply for a new credit card (currently have Vanquis with £1250 limit).
Any suggestions about good ones to go for with the above numbers?
I've been out of the loop for a while and not sure what's hot and what's not0 -

Well I've just checked my reports and the numbe of searches are as follows:
Experian
Unrecorded - 42
Recorded - 85
Equifax
Unrecorded - 21
Recorded - 24
I know why I am being turned down for credit - too many damned searches! So I have made a vow to apply for nothing for at least 9 months.0 -

Turns out that Next have changed their mind on removing my credit facilities and have just given me a £2000 limit. All very odd.0 -
