Btw though after clearing all my cards in august and barclaycard reducing my limit from £800 down to £260 i used a little always paying it off and then in december they put it back up to £510.

Also over christmas i got a few discount codes for littlewoods direct so bought some pressies from there planning to pay by debit card and got the happy trigger finger again and applied for an account and got a £500 limit.

I promise now i will not apply for any more credit as i have too much available and too many searches.I know if you do a search i said that a few months ago but i really really promise no more applying from now on

So does the Flybe creditcard comes first or the Pin number first ? I have been accepted this morning for a Flybe creditcard with £5000 creditlimit. Is the customer service with Flybe alright ? When can i expect my card ?

Hi Everyone. Can anyone advise me on how to remove an unfair CCJ.
In 2001 I defaulted on my Egg card which was on my file until 2007. I had genuinely forgotten about the debt until I joined Credit Expert and viewed my Experian file to find a CCJ registered by Capquest in 2007 who bought the debt from Egg, therefore, I have another 6 years of nasties on my file making 12 years for one debt.
I did not receive a court summons so did not know anything about the CCJ until I read my file when I paid the debt off immediately. I applied to the court to have the judgement set aside and appeared in court in person. The judge said he felt the court were not to blame (b****ard) and rejected my application which was about 2 months ago.
Any ideas or suggestions.
This sub prime club has given me a good kick up the !!! and made me realise it is possible to clean up your credit file with the help of you guys. Keep it going forever.:T
