Back when I was young and foolish, I grabbed a Cap One card with a £200 spend limit. Drew out cash and spent the rest in a single day. A year later I ended up paying back £550 for the pleasure.

That was six years ago and now I've only just been accepted for a credit card as no one would touch me before. I've just returned the agreement for a new Cap One Classic and having spent the last 8 months working for Amex, I know how credit cards work and will treat this one with the respect needed. I'm just looking forward to seeing my credit file creeping back into the green

they may give you one with a £100 spend limit this time

hey i have a thread on the capital one card if you would like to take a look its ok all cap one customer sharing there experiances might be worth you taking a look
