    I need some advice on how to close my credit card accounts which I do not use is best to do it in writing or on the phone.

    I would phone them and ask for written confirmation. You never know, you may get an offer

    friday will be interesting as i have a hearing with cap 1 in court and they just dont do courts so will see if they will pay up
