    hello claire vanquis are good with there increases so be sensible with it and it will look after you a very good tool if used right

    anyway i dont think i have spoke to you yet well done on the card when i first joined this thread i had nothing stick with us we will get you there lol

  • got the card a week ago, got it in my purse, dont need it, just for credit, so was thinking of doing 1 weekly shop a month on it, and paying off in full? that the best way to work it?

    got accepted for an additions shoppin account which i pay off in full too

    dont wanna get in debt AGAIN :)

    i fell into that a few years back but done everything to get out still got some nasties on my file but when they drop off i will have nothing but good on them so whats your story?

  • well i moved away when i was 18, got a flat, a contract fone etc... then got depressed, cancelled all my direct debits, and came home n jus left it all!
    dad paid off the rent/fone as i was living wi him n he didnt want any debtors or that...

    since then ive missed the odd payment,but caught up within a few months,

    in the last year ive not missed anything, because i just realised how important good credit is for getting a morgage etc... and would love a bigger house before i have any more kids (hav a 2yr old girlie)

    at college full time til may (or a possible other year)

    I know it's very Addictive, but it's also got a wealth of info on loads of sub prime things.
