Quick question about Vanquis...

Received my card last Friday but still no PIN...how long did others take to receive their PIN?

Lol, nope, I's got me grumpy face on lol.

My Aqua card isn't here (shocker!) AND me and my mum ordered Benefit makeup from the US site at the same time...hers has just arrived. Mine hasn't. :mad:

Hi,
I got the phone call last Friday to say I had been accepted, so today (After a week of nothing) I phone customer services to ask how long it will take to get my card and the woman tells me that she can see the application has been approved, but no card has been made yet, she will have to pass it on and I should receive the card about about 7 working days !, is this normal or should I chase them again ?.

who is that with? lazy ppl lol, id wait for the 7 days and see whats happening then, sounds like they got a long Q of ppl to see to who need their cards .......

this really seems to vary, as does the sending of either the card or the pin number, id give them a ring, i know i received mine on a saturday, so good luck for getting it tomorrow x

i appealed my vanquis capital one and aqua just got a reply from vanquis saying that they were sticking with there original decision which was a big fat 'NO' hehe lets see what cap 1 and aqua come back with!

What is the Vanquis card like ?, does it look like a 'Proper' card or does it look like one of those pretend prepaid cards ?.
