    Hey Darcy,

    I'm with a mortgage broker who is trying to get me a mainstream lender. It's looking good with Abbey. I'm currently with SPML (sub prime) although my curent apr isn't too bad - 6.24%

    We need 85% LTV and I was upfront about my defaults and she said that Abbey view anything over 12 months old as historic. As long as any defaults etc are satisfied then all should be ok.

    It's worth calling one of the whole of market brokers - try London & County that MSE recommends and talk through your options with them.

    Just waiting for my Tesco man. Wish he would hurry up, I'm knackered and want to go to bed lol.

    You should def give them a call tomorrow as they don't do any searches or anything until you've agreed a product. It's interesting to find out what you can get really.

    i have had it almost 2 years now mate they gave me a £100 overdraft around 9 months ago and a loan of £1000 wont give me a credit card tho
