Finally some good news has headed my way. And about time too :T
Back in 2005 i took out a loan with Barclays but i unfortunately lost my job and fell behind with the payments as a result Barclays sold my debt onto Thames Credit any way to cut a long story short this balance has been completely wiped off...
It gets better..... as i have also been notified that i will be receiving money back for payments made and interest.
This is all as a result of the flaws in the consumer credit act 1974 for credit cards/loans of £5,000 to £25,000 taken out before April 2007.0 -
