    Evening everyone,

I applied to them online, got an instant message of acceptance and told I had to wait to hear from the underwriters with regards to the limit.

Then received a text message asking me to ring this number, which I did and I just have to fax copies of both parts of my driving license, 2 bank statements or wage slips and a utility bill..so I am thinking this is because of the CIFAS.

So I will do all that tomorrow from work and hopefully should all be fine...fingers crossed.

    good luck!

    Hi guys,

I recently applied for a Flybe card and was turned down. All this talk about CIFAS markers now has me worried.

Do all (or some) of you have monthly or annual memberships to the CRA's respective sites to check your files regularly? Is it worth it? I'm not sure which one to go for, Equifax want £70 for a year's membership and Experian want £50. Is it better to go for both or just one?

    Hello,

I subscribe to Identity watch (Equifax) through my Capital One card..you get two free reports a year, and if you need anymore you can recieve them at reduced price.

I also subscribe to Experian on a quarterly membership.
 Debts: Capitalone £0, Vanquis £220, LX Direct £1197, Mutual £1107, JD Williams £23

Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.
