I have a couple of late payments,my equifax is good but most companies i have tried for credit seem to use experian and i have tried a lot lately.My oh has a poorer record than mine due to a default on a cc which was cleared through an iva we both had in 2001, the iva has since been cleared from our files,the default isnt due to drop off until july 09.0
