If you have no credit issues I would try , it may depend how long you have been here and what is registered in your name already.

vanquis are one of the easiest cards to get mate, i'd give it a go.
But think about Barclaycard initial as this is also a sub standard credit card, and easy to get, and the apr is 10 % lower...!
