Hmm I shouldn't have any credit issues... I've never missed a payment on my Lloyds card or anything like that. What sort of things registered in my name do you mean?
I think I'll give it a shot... I'd rather go for the Vanquis card for the £20 cashback -- the interest rate isn't as issue as I'll be paying off in full every month anyway.0 -

Evening all!Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

Also, what active cards/loans do you currently have and what are their limits and current balances.
Sorry for being nosey, but these would help me make a fair assessment

Hi, have you checked your credit reports to make sure they're ok. You get a free 30 day trial with both Equifax and Experian online I believe. Do a search for credit reports on the home page, and it will bring up an article that mratin has written on the subject of credit reports - very interesting reading
Unfortunately, little or no credit can be viewed by lenders just as risky as bad credit.
Good luck, and keep us updated on how you get on0
