Can anyone help me please!

We had our first statement through yesterday which felt quite nice in a way(first card to try and build back a better rating).

Anyway, looked on the back to see who the cheque needs to be made payable to and it said the prinipal account holder

Now am I being dense or does that make it seem like you are writing a cheque made payable to yourself?

Anyone who can correct my line of thinking please

Hi All

I have just called Monument about my application which was made about 3 weeks ago and have been told that if I was accepted online I will definately receive a card.

They wait until they stop accepting applications before sending out all info & cards etc

I applied for a Citibank Access Account and Platinum Mastercard a couple of weeks ago, I actually forgot about it, but got a pack this morning saying I had been provisionally accepted, I suppose once I send my Id off with the signed agreement I will get knocked back, just thought it was strange they work this way. Surely it would save time and money to check first.

Received my Cheque Book for my Natwest Current Plus today, I have decided to stop applying for anything for a while now. A current account and the MBA credit card is all I need really, unless Citibank decide to be really nice and let me have their's too.

if your wanting to pay your credit card bill with a bank cheque it needs to be written out to the credit card company ie: if its capital one it would be capital one bank

It's weird - Call Credit has 3 defaults (but who cares about them ), Equifax has 2, and Experian has none. I love Experian

My God, I hated Evolution, but I loooooved Liquid. Thursday night's were always the best . I used to go there every Thursday night for like a year. Although that was 6 years ago lol
