Hi, I was on an arrangment dmp and decided i wanted to go back to normal, so asked them and said they couldnt reopen my existing account so did an internal key in and a credit check and I too got a platinum but only with the same limit i had before which was less than 1500, i did get the 0% tho until may 2009, seems odd though as I have been on arrangement for a while now and to give me a card with 0%, and origianl credit limit even though I have 3 defaults now was surprised
so did you just right to them and ask, because i have an old capital card and i was going to pay it off in full but they can't reactivate accounts, do you have an address or something? thanks0 -

Well I just called them up and first said they could not reinstate but after a new credit check which is abysmal they gave me a new card and transfered the old amount of the old card onto the new one.
All you can do is ask, its either yes or no
