They put a default on my credit files from an alledged debt with 3 from over 3 years ago. I wrote them a strongly worded letter and they've replied saying it will be removed "as a commercial decision", although they accept no liability. Pants. Anyway, I'm just pleased they're taking it off. Grotbags.

They are sharks, I hate these people with a passion, Lowell are due a well earned sniper attack, kill each and every one of them take no prisoners, they have ruined 1000's of people lives with there bully tactics but the end is nigh for that type of business anyway, people have got their number and are not going to take anymore bull$hit from these cocky cowards dressed in cheap Primark suites, oooh I am so wound up even thinking about them, putting the mass-murder scheme to one side I do however think that us victims of there wrath should stand up to them and give em hell!!

I originally sent them the CCA letter but they replied saying that mobile contracts do not fall under the act, so pay up. I then got really peeved and sent a long letter on how they acted unfairly and illegally blah blah blah.

I'm now thinking of sending begging letters to satisfied default lenders asking them nicely to remove defaults. It may work who knows lol. I've got nothing to lose I guess

    Hi Sharon :hello:

Welcome to the club!!! We're all in the same boat so ask any questions you like :D

RE the duplicate entries on your credit file. Do you check them online? If so, Experian and Equifax both have online dispute centres where you can send them a message if you have any query on the file. No account should be duplicated twice, especially not defualts or CCJs  Drop them a line and they will reply - they are evry good at that.

I checked my files for the first time a few months ago and they weren't as bad as I thought lol. Definitely keep an eye on both of them!!

It gets really addictive this sub prime applying lark lol.....see Darcy he's the expert :D . I too would never have dreamed of applying for another card before this thread, I didn't even realsie sub prime cards existed lol.

Join in the chat anytime, there's normally someone here to chat with :)

I will have to look at the website again and contact them. I agree it is soooo addictive-because it feels so great to start doing something positive instead of burying your head in the sand. I thought at one point i was doomed forever but hey ho here i come -back in the land of the living. Thanks again
If we all took an eye for an eye the world would be blind-(someone said that somewhere) :T
