helicopter been canceled
totaly crap always the same never got off in time yet.
I had a very basic account with them and it had no overdaft etc. I incurred bank charges from them with put me into a debt with them and it mounted up and they put a default on my account. Good thing is I never did pay the charges and they closed the account but i took them to court and got all charges back from them. They got there money by selling the debt anyway.
My OH said they sent me a letter asking to pop in and see the manager of my local bank. I think if i go it will be with a voice recorder.
So the default was due to unlawful bank charges0 -
I have 18 defaults registered with Experian and over 50 searches but no CCj.
I think all what they care about is: to be in the electoral roll for few years and No CCj.
Good Luck to all
Must just not liek me lol
between us we have 15 defaults , no CCJ. 8 accounts all 100% on file including old mortgage and new one ( 3 months) and income of £40k.............still said no lolTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -
Aah, I see. That's good for you
I'll just have to sit tight and wait my 4 and a half years lol.
Why has the helicopter been cancelled? Is it due to bad weather. That sucks.0 -

well done on the card not a bad limit when the sub prime card wont touch you:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
My background is probably a bit different from most...
I have some horrendous adverse credit mostly dated around 2003. 2 very sizable CCJ's (Thousands not hundreds) and double figures on the default count.
In 2004 I landed a well paid job and have progressed my career since then allowing me to really improve my situation over the past few years. I haven't missed a payment or even gone overdrawn in years... however my past is STILL causing me issues.
I had to get my mortgage with Accord under their "near prime" rating and still only have a basic bank account and have been declined for a regular account many times.
I've also been declined by every sub prime credit card company inside the past 12 months until Flybe accepted me for a prime card this week.
I got an instant approval online too, didn't have to wait 7-10 days for underwriter to decline which is my usual response.0 -
