    you might be better of ringing them they will advise you what will suit you best mate if you dont have the 500 a month going in

    they do a normal current currant account which doesn't matter how much you pay in a month.

    couldnt you visit your local council offices and get yourself on there? or apply over the phone for the account, that way youd be able to tell them youre not on the electoral roll and might be better able to assist you that way?
