well i have had a default removed by cap 1 well it was passed onto LOWELL and i got it removed and i then applyed to get a cap1 card and no probs.

for default removal is a long process just dont give up i have just had two defaults removed 2 weeks ago both from british gas it can be done just stick with it

Whats the crack on the sub prime club today.

Darcy, walked from job today, had enough also scared that depression would come back, going back to temping though so should hear later today about new job.

I am ditching HBOS had enough of their crap, had account for 20 years and will not upgrade atall, and the nail in their coffin, sending a letter to my late husband.

i have just been on the phone for 30 mins to dvla to try and get my ccj removed!! just banging my head against a brick wall but would not hang up lol im waiting for them to ring me back!!

oh dear.....I did not realise A&L was owned by Santander.I had debts with Abbey in our IVA so have not hope. Will have to think of another bank.....wish all these banks would stops merging lol

hey guys i have a little hope as a suprevisor from dvla has phoned me back and advised me to send a consent order which i have just typed up and off out to post to dvla they will sign it to say that they are happy for the court to remove the ccj they will send it back to me and then i have to send it to the court the guy i spoke to has said that everyone who has done this has successfully had ccj removed if this is true i will have no adverse credit on my file apart from the searches i hope so that will be 3 years early
