Sounds like all is going well in Sub Prime land. Well done everyone? Did you remember to apply for the £100 for the A&L Premier Account?

I wish I could get my defaults removed. I can't even get the illegitemate ones off, let alone the bona fide ones lol. Roll on 2013 lol

sammy i hope your ok and im sure you will get some of the defaults off you just need to be persistant i spent the good part of an hour on the phone to dvla and refused to hang up in the end they agreed that if i write a letter to them they will sign it to say that there happy for the court to remove the ccj
i sent the letter to dvla and hope to get the ccj removed from my file by the end of next month fingers crossed as thats the only nasty on my file

well we will see if it comes off first i felt just like you about 7 months ago and al thats stopping me now is the ccj it can be done sammy just as long as you take all that you feel right now and use it as your drive i feel alot better when i see that thing have dropped off my file after weeks if not a few months of trying and trying until i cant try anymore
