just got this email as well, hopefully their 48hours will be as short as their 24 hours lol I did not ask for OD or CC so not sure if that will help.

got accepte as well today from A&L PREMIUM CURRENT ACCOUNT with no overdraft. Did apply this morning and get the same answer after 2hours.

I have recently paid off my outstanding balance with Cap One after being in an Arrangement to pay for 18 months (Account at Default).

I've today written off to them to ask for two things: Reactivation of the card and/or removal of the default.

My financial situ is far better than it was with several accounts now paid off and 4 left to get settled with a total of £2500 left O/S.

has anyone else here tried to get accounts reactivated or indedd had any luck with default removal. I've stressed on the fact I settled early and included a SOA to them showing I have good disposable income.

I suspect I'm flogging a half dead horse but there have been some inspiring stories here so it can't hurt to ask.
