That letter looks good. But to be on the safe side, why don't you post it on the DFW board, as they are very good on letters there?? I know that there have been some queries on BG defaults and I think some have been successful in getting them removed.

As far as I'm aware, if they don't have a credit agreement signed by you, then they cannot post a default on the credit file

like i said request a copy of your credit agreement and go from there as its more you have againest them for removing the default if they dont have a credti agreement to back it up

yes i rang them and got a arrogant young woman who basically told me where to go i was nice as pie the bit that tipped me over the edge was when she said that my wife dying at the age of 22 was not there fault and i should have payed my bills on time lets just hope she never feels what pain and suffering i went through oh hold on lets just hope she does and gets behind on EVERYTHING snotty little cow

well its my mission to try and get those defaults off and if not im going to ring or write everyday just to ppiissssssss them off im was so mad
