    Hi Guys,

    Due to the very helpful advice on this thread, I am now the proud owner of 2 cards and a Next account to start to repair my credit. I applied and received the Capital One card in June, the Vanquis one end of June and the Next account in July. Do you think it is too early to apply for the Aqua? I am being very sensible on all 3 accounts - in fact my first statement for Vanquis just came through for £6.00 :D

    Any advice much appreciated.

    Well done Sammy, congrats on the two Visa cards and the next directory, have you tried Littlewoods or Kays catalogue as they do 0% interest on purchases?

    Why is getting multiple 'poor history' credit cards better than just spending more on 1 card?

    well guys its been 2 whole calander months since i applied for anything so now im noticing lots of seaches are falling off so im starting to feel good the longer you dont apply for things the less you feel you want to
    you cant change yesterday
