Ems! wrote:I think ( though anyone feel free to correct me !), that if you had actually pointed out the R&R policy they may have let you have them for free, though you may have had to "debate" it for a while- though its a tricky one - as you actually had 40 packs rather than the 30 packs advertised (even though it was a 30 pack + 10 free!) I think that I, like u would have just been happy with the bargain that I did get, although others may have pushed for the refund. perhaps someone else will be able to tell you for sure ! - Sorry that wan't very helpful was it!!

None of the scanners were working on the CD's, so asked at the checkout and was told that staff are no longer able to price scan at the tills, so the have to put it through then void.

just got pop jr, kasabian, and katherine jenkins at my local tesco.
the cs was very nice - however the usual CS came over as she was refunding and insisted i leave my name and address as i had had a few refunds of late - i asked why - she said it was a new policy implemented by head office - i told her that she had all the deatails she needed as i had paid by card and used my clubcard - she got a bit stroppy but didn't say anything else. When i got home i called HO and spoke to a lovely girl who said that there was no reason whatsoever why i should have been asked for my name and address - no new policy or anything. She said next time i should get them to phone HO if they wanted to try it again.
so refuse if asked for name and address and you don't want to give it !0 -
Got yet another Pop Jr and Katherine Jenkins  CD. Tesco at Launceston (Cornwall) are taking the SELs away but leaving the poster and the CD!!
DERRRRR Eejits. Great for me though.
Re KJ CD - its just surprising how low my standards have gone, what if she gets to No1 through all the MSEs buying it!0 -

Yes, you stupid person! Stop buying things and paying for my wages, damnit! :rolleyes:Yes, I work for Mr T, but anything I say is not given as an official response or representation from Mr T, and is usually best taken with a pinch of salt, lightly toasted and served with a chardonnay or rose wine.
