I shall be scrutinising every one I see in tescos now, just in case it's either of you! It takes me long enough to do my shopping now anyway, checking out all of these prices.

Have you tried Chichester? I had an Oasis DVD on Sunday, Customer Services said I had to go to the Electrical service desk at the rear of the store. The queue was verrrrry long. I explained my problem very politely. I had been overcharged, as the sticker on the DVD said £6.97, but I had been charged £7.94. Assistant got calculator out, muttering 'lets see how much you have been overcharged'. I mentioned that I thought it was irrelevant, as under their policy I was entitled to a full refund and to keep the product. He just said OK then and refunded back to my card. He DID know the policy, just wasn't going to abide by it. So anyone who doesn't know about it will not get their full refund.

    Happy hunting

    C

Yes, I have tried the Chichester one and the Littlehampton as I live between the 3 of them. Think I will give Bognor a miss now though!

Do you think Tescos will reimburse me for the fuel used for repeated trips - maybe I'll ask!!

All I can say is: try it :p

They don't advertise it anymore though ;)

/me runs before Dundee come after him with a P45...
Yes, I work for Mr T, but anything I say is not given as an official response or representation from Mr T, and is usually best taken with a pinch of salt, lightly toasted and served with a chardonnay or rose wine. Mmmmmmm.

it was the tesco rustic loaf on offer 2 for £1.50 charged full price and jaffa stsumas said half price original price £1.49 charged £1.49.

You definately sure its not in the bottom section of your receipt, that states

    'MULTIBUY SAVINGS'

So many people (you wouldnt believe how many) havent noticed its moved to the bottom now.

Anyway, yeah, I haven't seen any problems with either of those products
i still waiting for a £4.50 refund for items i send back with home shoppping two weeks ago which still not on my account - how long doea it take?

Depends on the store - they have to process them every so often by hand using a checkout.
Also whilst on the subject was going to getthe princess diary dvd large sign said £19 for three or £7.97 each, but sticker on dvd said £19 for 3 or £8.97 (said this on a few others and rest said £19 for 3 or £7.97) wasnt sure i would get them so didnt try - what do you think?

Worth a try, but if you don't get the multisaver off, expect an argument with CSD that they are different offers

Ask cashier to total the bill after them and see if they come off - most cashiers will if you ask them nicely.

Just noticed i was charged for 2 tubes of ibuprofen gel and i bought 1 of that and 1 heat rub which should have been £1.49

Hehe, it happens when cashiers think two products that look similar are the same. Technically, CSD would probably refund you one ibuprofen, then charge you for the heat rub (as cashier errors dont fall into the R&R policy anymore), but you might be lucky and just get ibuprofen one refunded, and told you can keep the heat rub. Or you could deny the existance of the heat rub, and say they just charged you for two ibuprofens instead of one - but be careful with that one, they have to use their trust to make a decision about it (as you've obviously left the store and took the stuff home).

    </CS hat off> :p

Don't leave Tesco Joel - we need you.

LOL, you and the other 200 staff that would agree with you. Nobody wants me to go, which is so heartwarming :o
Concerned to read you are all 'interviewed out' - can't have been alone in hoping you had changed your mind about leaving Mr T.

Nah - I had over an hours worth of interviewing yesterday, and (what felt like) a tonne of questions thrown at me. I find out next week how I did though _pale_
NVQ R&R are run by Tesco nationwide daily during opening hours.

LOL, sod the NVQ... you lot could run for a diploma, and still probably make more money than a grad :p

No nothing on the receipt - i always check there first to see how much i saved that shop on specil offers (i'm sad!)

Phoned CS and they have done the refund and emailed to say so.

Didnt want the multi save - just that if it goes through on one item as £8.97 and Very Big yellow sign says 3 for £19 or £7.97 each even tho it's stickered diff it's in that section in the same offer would i b able to get away with it says above £7.97 each

Not too hard these days seeing as grad salaries so low and misprices so many.

My friend is considering giving up his full time job to drive round Tesco, collecting misprices to sell on ebay/car boots.

    He is only joking...I think_pale_

Yeah, the store still does it - the store has a report to print off daily for refunds, and anything that the driver collected back from you too (especially if they use 'REACH' the new .com electronic order system (you would of signed a PDA screen for your order))

Possible, but still expect an argument that its stickered ;)

It's no wonder nobody available they have all probably been sacked by now!

Hi Ben you may well be right. I only got 1 DVD and that was for a present in my normal shop. when I got R&R told CS that there were 3 more on shelf with same sticker [its my local Mr T's] and lo and behold 2 days later someone posted on misprices that they had just got them that day. So not checking my info cost them another £99.
