Thank you Ampersand!
I must admit I am dreading going back into my local Tesco's after yesterday
And its a bad day when you feel like that because of no fault of your own is it?
Maybe we should name and shame the branches / CS involved or is that not allowed?0 -
I don't know - I think it may be OK for refer to the store in question as that has already happened a few times, but to get personal with the staff is a different matter. I hate it when you get the stroppy ones - OH seems to get them more than me at the moment though!!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

It's supposed to say '...we will give you your money back and you can't keep the product....'
Sorry, I'll take it down now sir
Don't leave Tesco Joel - we need you.
Concerned to read you are all 'interviewed out' - can't have been alone in hoping you had changed your mind about leaving Mr T.
Or, if YOU are doing the interviewing, take on some msers for Pricing Integrity and watch those profits shrink!

There are some lovely people on CS and some foul and some so-so and some grudging - pretty much mirroring the cross-section we meet generally.
Remember to praise good service too, via the little postcards available at CS.
Again I reiterate -YOU HAVE NOT DONE WRONG
DON'T LET THEM SMELL FEAR; YOU ARE PERFORMING A CITIZEN'S GOOD DEED FOR TESCO - as so many have said here, by drawing their attention to an Offence THEY are committing.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
