Its nice to know you are willing to treat your employer with such disregard!!! I pity any future employer.
What happened to your range of benefits which you were so keen to keep hold of?
Yeah, I'm getting a divorce soon though. It's just not working out. Who is filing for divorce as you put it? You or Mr T?
Nah, I only can only take 3 years of peoples moaning for now (if not customers its staff now I'm a team monkey leader), its gonna be time soon for me to jump ship and join the 'S.S. IT Support' I think Are you sure you are not being pushed? I am sorry but your attitude does not appear to be the best for an supposed team leader in customer service!!!The best things in life are for FREE!!!If you like what you see and find this info useful, please use the thanks button. It costs nothing and means so much.0 -

So whats the method of claiming?
do you actually have to pay for the items in the first place, or just wait until they scan? Cause I'm really looking at that free PC, but I don't have the 500-odd quid in my account to pay for it before I get the refund.0 -
Well went to get a refund on a dvd and CD and guess what?
They wouldnt, they told me I wasnt a genuine customer!!!!!
I took a full refund and didnt keep the items and the woman wouldnt let me have the reciept!

yes, pay for the item then take it to customer services for a full refund, so you must have the cash in the first place,0 -
hi,
this is a question for joel
joel, why are some of the customer service people so agressive ? i have had five refund experiences.
on each occasion i was polite and friendly, said the bare minimum, and i was never abuse, agressive, or anything negative. all i said was. the difference ?, that sign says that you get the money back and keep the item ?
only one was plain and simple, two were a case of me pointing out the policy and them messing about (don't know about that, got to ask the manager etc), one was "difficult" and just made up some new policy, but one was downright rude and agressive. her neck went all red and so did her face. and I never responded at all, other than ask why she was getting so angry with me, that it was store policy and I was only requesting what they advertise ?
what is the "problem" ?
if they really wanted to "get their own back" on customers or "waste their time", surely just get all the prices right in the first place ?
!!!!!!, your knowledge of stuff is amazing.0
