I have rent a room out in my flat to a man who's now verbally abusive, aggressive etc. bottom line I need him out. He's lived for 2 months but hasn't paid this months rent he claims cos there's a lock on the bedroom door he's not a lodger so not an excluded occupier. He's making me very uncomfortable in my home. How do I resolve this please? Thanks.
Hi strawberries1 - you should start a brand new thread for this problem, because people will only be looking on this thread for updates from Badger_Lady. If you have your own thread - then people will be able to help you with this situation.

Yes we have not heard from Badger recently, not even during the summer festival season.
If you start your own thread, and link to it from this one, then I expect there is lots of advice available. I already have a suggestion.0 -

I've still got my house in Wales, currently containing two lodgers, one of whom pays his rent... and am renting a little studio flat in Sydney while I work out here.
I've started hosting couchsurfers 'down under'. I have one at the moment. He won't leave :doh:Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
