Then leave it empty for years most likely.
Makes me mad when I see all these empty places when people are desperate for places to live.0 -
They just demolished an office block in Glasgow that was empty from being built when I was at primary school and I am 50 this year. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

We're all under licence, so we're legally obliged to get out by a certain date. Especially if we'd like another licence in another squat.
The plans have all been made public, we've been bought by millionaires from Bahrain who're knocking us down to build luxury flats (of course) even though there's a block of new luxury flats across the road that's still vacant!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Squats under licence .. not heard that before. Will have to Google it.
Such a shame they are building more unwanted flats.
Near here they built a big estate with mainly 3 and 4 bed homes. It was on council land so we hoped it would be (much needed) social housing. Sadly only two were and the rest was sold as luxury housing. Hardly any has been bought to live in and now loads are up for rent at 3 times the LHA so useless to most families.
When will they stop building luxury places and start building what is actually needed.0 -

I had to read that a couple of times to realise it was camelOTEurope, because those three letters had swapped order...If it rains, it rains.

MiniLodger has just dropped out - his work colleague developed a spare room so he's decided to move in there. Fair enough
So let's get NakedChefLodger moved downstairs and start showing people round his room again!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
