Looks like half wiped up vomit to me.
    Yuck.

I would small claims court him via his parents house for all money outstanding.

Or give him a set of stickers and ask him to write his new address on them "for any mail"
  • He is going to come round on the bounce and play the "my dad died and it was the funeral" card now, I know it's horrible - I'm not taking away from that and I know he must be upset - but his dad has only just died it can't be used to wipe out the fact:

that he owes you money and has done from day one
that he has ruined a room in your home - and that really does look like vomit left to fester
that he smoked in the room and house all along
and all of the other selfish and horrid things he has done to make you and everyone else uncomfortable in your own home

Good luck with it this weekend as I am a bit worried about what he will do - it obviously won't be his fault, it will be you/the funeral/etc will have MADE it happen - he isn't responsible for anything .......

Eek! You can still see the spew bits, OMG! The ash too on top of the spew! Has he no dignity.

What is he studying at uni? Is it biological chemistry? Is this part of his research experiment!

If there was a funeral yesterday - if it's anything like Worcester then the chances are they died before Christmas.
Whilst being in limbo waiting for it is strange then it's no excuse for not getting on. Dead dad or not.

Maybe he was burying his pet spew, which passed away over Christmas due to neglect!

    Absolutely disgusting behaviour. It's gross.
BL, you cannot allow him to abuse your kindness by letting him off the money he owes to you.

    ..

Revelations this morning: my DVD player and DAB radio.

Are you planning to contact the police when he arrives to fetch his stuff so they can accompany him back and retrieve the items he's stolen and charge him with theft. Maybe his girlfriend took them? Is he daft enough to hold onto items he's knocked off?

Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
