Big Badger House (aka Noisy Lodger) HE'S GONE!

Well, the satisfaction of ensuring the blighter gets a CCJ for the sake of the additional outlay of fifty-odd quid would be worth a couple of weeks in the Bahamas to me.
Plus, even should you never see a penny it would crimp his life-style for six long years having that blot on his credit-file. Let him try and find a tenancy, a loan or an overdraft then.....0 -

.....
But there would also be a fee for BL to employ a tenant tracing agent in a month or two's time with no guarantee that they'd be unable to unearth his new address.
Did BL credit check him? Because if not, he's probably got a terrible credit record anyway and one more CCJ isn't not going to disturb him.0 -
I don't think he'll be difficult to find. His Facebook profile's wide open and I've got his parents' address which is very local. Plus I know where he works and where he goes to Uni.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0

An alternative, not necessarily to be recommended, is to send some people round to have a friendly little chat with him in a week or two's time. Just for the sake of his safety and future security, you understand.
Oh, it's so satisfying sometimes being a keyboard warrior.0 -

You need his onward residential address for the claim.
You don't know where he is living. He's probably cleared back to his folks despite the fact that they cramped his lifestyle, unless he left them their best crystal full of fag buts, ruined their carpet and drove them nuts with music and sulky women...
In Scotland, a residential address isn't required for a claim.0 -
If a person had time on their hands, which B_L patently won't have quite soon, one could choose to hang about somewhere discrete and follow him home. Like this weekend, for instance.0

Mums and dads really object to having court papers turn up for their errant children.
We will have a whip round on here to pay the £50 court fee if you need further encouragement!0 -
You took too long B_L
I wouldve got the shovel out and flung all his crap into black bags, no grace, 5 mins job done
That includes the beercans and cig butts0 -
Emily is not doing any careful packing. She's spending altogether too much time on here thanking some rather amusing comments. Perhaps she's located that shovel out in the back-garden and has now finished and showered after her dreadful ordeal?0

If you have retained the two glasses of ciggie butts it would be a good idea if they were placed strategically by the doorstep where he would notice them on arrival. They would convey a very strong message to him as he comes in for his final pack and go without BL having to utter any word of criticismJohn0
