So B_L. is all his stuff gone or do we have an exciting installment of "why are my things on the lawn" to go through before the next round of lodger auditions?
I think your current lodger should be allowed to choose new lodger, she sounds very sensible.
Please don't advertise it as a chilled/ party house again or I shall weep for you!!Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -

B_L is currently working in London, so that's five night a week with the pole in London as opposed to two on the weekends in Wales. She's busy.0

We used to joke that my single, middle aged next door neighbour chose boyfriends based on their occupations, gardener (did a great job!), gutterer (not such a great job), builder (cracking wall).
Maybe there is something in it0 -

It's as though he never left - I'm surprised he's got clean pants  There are still the piles of bags that I dumped under the stairs, the pile of clothes from the living room that have now been added to the pile under the stairs, all his towels (which are now stuffed round the door) and presumably a whole room full of stuff. His fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard are full too.BitterAndTwisted wrote: »B_L is currently working in London, so that's five night a week with the pole in London as opposed to two on the weekends in Wales. ^ what she saidI actually teach pole dancing to my squat-mates on a Wednesday evening. In fact we were recently filmed for a French national TV show but they couldn't get enough light for the cameras so I'm not in the final cut.

When you've got a big mortgage to pay and you work away from home, I doubt that it's an easy pill to swallow paying London rents for five nights a week in a flat with the travel cost to go home every weekend as well.
Which borough is this squat located B_L?0 -

Paddington! Zone 1, baby. I live in the photography studio of an old abandoned art college... It's bloomin' freezing at this time of year thoughMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Paddington! Lovely. Mates of mine used to rent right by Praed Street back in the days when it was v affordable even to people on a starting salary. Eh, thermal undies are dirt-cheap at Primark at this time of year.0
