I would be gutted too if you stopped BadgerLady. Maybe time for a break instead ? Really go all out and have a great chrimble, fill the house with friends to P.A.R.T.Y and then put the room back on in the new year ?

    LMAO sorry.

Actually BL, get webcams set up at the house all live streaming to us :D (can you tell I miss big brother already haha).

Well I had a random phonecall about an hour ago from a PotentialLodger, who's coming round this evening to look round (I have to go out of my way a bit to see him!). I don't know anything other than that he lives 2-3 miles away with his parents at the moment.

    Ooh, goodie; can't wait!
Frosti, get your proof of identity and proof of ownership and keep them somewhere handy. You're going to need to show them to the bailiffs when they turn up on your doorstep. Having a forwarding address for that loonylodger would be helpful as well

Hopefully I've put a stop to those three by 'phoning them, but as there could be others on the way - sent loads of post back RTS without opening it :o I will do as you suggest - what is an acceptable proof of ownership?
Unfortunately I don't have a forewarding address for Loonylodger [great name!] as she claimed she couldn't remember it when I asked her! :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!

He was due at 6pm - I rushed home particularly, instead of staying in town for a play rehearsal as planned. At 6:40 I rang him and he sounded like he didn't have a clue! He asked me to text him my address again, which I did. Lord knows whether he'll actually show up and it looks like I'm going to miss my rehearsal entirely!!!

    Grrrrrrrrrrr...

Well BigBruvLodger and I settled down to a film, then the doorbell rang. I gave him a whistlestop tour and he said "I'll take it". I said "here's a application form - pop it through the door sometime".

Now I'm watching my film again.

I thought he was going to be a kid but turned out to be 30. Just not one of life's winners.

Film is Happy-Go-Lucky, a Mike Leigh. I'm not sure about it :( What's Under a Sheltering Sky all about?
